Come outside into the mirrored heart of nature to deepen your relationship with your embodied self.
Explore how you identify your needs, nourish your physical body and emotions, and express yourself.
We will use mindfulness, the wisdom of group witnessing, the natural world, and a touch of wilderness therapy and Medicine Wheel teachings. Themes will emerge with the group. No topic off limits. Outdoor location and dates TBD within 45 drive of Milwaukee. Held on a weekend day for 4-5 hours.

Learn more ways to FEEL, COMMUNICATE, and UPHOLD your boundaries. Using mindfulness to feel your boundaries, verbal strategies to assert yourself, and pressure points, wrist escapes, and strikes to physicalize and uphold your boundaries, the self defense slow down offers an opportunity to both unwind and rewire. Self defense classes are designed to build up resources in the body while learning new ways to be present in conflict.
